This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children and young people, but may not yet have formal school-based experience. The role As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups or alongside the class teacher. Your role will be to help pupils engage with learning, stay focused and feel supported throughout the school day.
