Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Learning Officer to join our People Development Team, to cover a maternity leave of one of our team members. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about using digital tools and resources to enhance teaching, learning and staff development.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting all our colleagues; to develop the skills they need to be able to do their roles fully through the development and delivery of learning through digital technologies into their learning teaching and professional practice. Your work will directly contribute to improving the colleagues learning experience, developing innovative resources, and building digital confidence across the organisation. We are looking for someone who is:

 * Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
 * A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with staff at all levels.
 * Committed to supporting excellence in teaching, learning and staff development.
Main duties
 * Operate as Digital Learning Officer within the Trust to provide advice and support to the wider organisation in terms of tools to support learning through digital tools.
 * Support training within the Trust for staff and managers of Digital Learning.
 * Develop promotional and communications support for colleague learning.
 * Play a key role in delivering the People Plan at KGH and NGH Group People Plan through digital creations.
 * Deliver Digital Learning content required for Statutory and Mandatory Training (e.g., videos and eLearning).
 * Prepare Learning and Education System Reports and other required reports at Trust, Regional or Trust level.
 * Support Learning and Education Managers with the development of learning materials.

Person Specification
Education, Training and Qualifications
 * Essential: 4 GCSEs Grade C or above (including English and maths)
 * Essential: Graphic design/marketing/media or equivalent
 * Desirable: Degree or equivalent in a relatable subject
 * Desirable: CIPD HR Management Level 5 (or above) or Associate level or substantial equivalent experience/working knowledge
Experience
 * Essential: Provide Organisational Development and Digital Learning advice
 * Essential: Evidence of continuous professional development
 * Essential: Knowledge of communication methods (including social media, intranet) and engagement processes to support learning
