Auto Technician / Mechanic – Meineke Car Care Center

Job Summary
Meineke Car Care Center in Blackwood, NJ, is looking for an experienced Auto Technician / Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicle makes and models while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
* Work on brakes, suspension, alignments, engine repairs, and other mechanical systems.
* Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, and other preventive maintenance.
* Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to the service advisor and customers.
* Follow safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 to 15 years in automotive repair (ASE certification is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid driver’s license required.
