Document Controller – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (PAYE, North West) We’re looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting major infrastructure projects in the North West. What you’ll be doing: * Supporting project teams on-site, ensuring compliance with security requirements (HORUS check required). * Managing complex project documentation using systems such as 4Project or SharePoint. * Carrying out quality checks to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. * Tracking vendor documentation and maintaining accurate records. * Assisting with the preparation of O&M manuals and project handover documents. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on track, on time, and to budget. What you’ll bring: * Proven experience managing documentation on UK construction projects. * Confidence using document control systems (e.g. 4Project, SharePoint). * Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. * Understanding of design workflows and project documentation. * Knowledge of O&M manuals is a plus. * Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
