Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant Location: Solihull Start Date: ASAP Role Overview: The successful candidate will provide high-quality support within the early years setting, assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for young children. You will be confident in providing personal care, including toileting, and supporting children's individual needs to promote their development and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Supporting children's learning through engaging activities and play-based learning Assisting with personal care routines, including toileting and hygiene needs Supporting children with their emotional and social development Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment Working closely with teachers and parents to support individual needs Monitoring and recording children's progress and behaviour Candidate Requirements: Must hold a recognised Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent) Experience supporting children in an early years setting Confident in providing personal care and toileting support Strong understanding of early childhood development Reliable, caring, and proactive approach Please note: Applications without a valid Early Years Qualification and relevant experience will not be considered.
