Job Title: IDAM Business Analyst Location: Northampton Salary/Rate: £367.50 per day inside iR35 Start Date: June 2025 Job Type: 6 month contract - extensions likely We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity Verification Business Analyst to support the analysis, implementation, and optimisation of digital identity verification processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in verification and security processes. Job Responsibilities/Objectives 1. Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. 2. Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis. 3. Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 4. Document business processes, data flows, and system interactions clearly and effectively. 5. Evaluate and support the integration of digital identity verification technologies such as biometric verification, face recognition, document verification, and multi-factor authentication. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital identity lifecycle management and access controls. 7. Support Agile/SCRUM development processes, participating in sprint planning and backlog grooming. 8. Test and validate identity verification processes to ensure accuracy, security, and performance. 9. Manage and prioritise project tasks to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Required Skills/Experience 1. Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. 2. Familiarity with protocols and platforms such as REST, SCIM, Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). 3. Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation. 4. Strong data analysis capabilities, including the ability to interpret large datasets and create visualisations. 5. Knowledge of automation tools to streamline identity verification workflows. Desirable Skills/Experience 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 3. Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams. 4. Quick learner with adaptability to evolving technologies and processes. 5. High attention to detail, especially in the context of data accuracy and security. 6. Experience with digital identity verification technologies (biometrics, document scanning, MFA). 7. Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. 8. Background in Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. 9. Project management and task prioritisation experience. 10.
