About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver to join a growing business based in West Malling. This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse duties with local deliveries—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Loading/unloading deliveries
* Stock checks and general warehouse organisation
* Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Driving / Delivery Duties
* Completing local and regional deliveries using a company vehicle
* Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
* Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous warehouse or delivery experience (preferred)
* A valid UK driving licence
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift and move stock when required
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
