About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications with precision.
Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget.
Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all construction sites.
Ensure strict compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address and meet project requirements.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and external partners.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Building Construction or a related role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction or site management preferred.
