Essential Skills of a Property Valuer
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Experience as an Estate Agent ready for the next step in their career
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
* Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
