Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Assist with catering services, including setting up and breaking down events.
* Provide excellent service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Support food preparation activities, including assembling dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to quality standards.
* Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively assist guests.
* Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout all food handling processes.
* Assist in barista duties, preparing coffee and other beverages as required.
* Engage with guests in a friendly manner, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
* Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
