KHR is working with a leadingmanufacturer of bespoke products who are looking for a creative,adaptable and detail-orientated Content Marketing Executive to jointhe team.
The Content Marketing Executivewill work with the Sales & Marketing Director and team todevelop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned withthe marketing and business objectives.
Due toexciting growth, the business is moving into a larger, modernisedsite before the end of the year located near Bearsted, Maidstone.
Roles andResponsibilities
- Develop and implement acomprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and businessobjectives
- Identify target audiences and create contentthat resonates with them
- Stay informed about industrytrends and competitor activities to adjust the content strategyaccordingly
- Create high-quality and engaging contentacross various formats, such as blog posts, articles, case studies,videos, infographics, social media posts, and emails
-Collaborate with other team members and third-party providers indesign and multimedia, to produce visually appealing andmultimedia-rich content
- Develop and execute plans forcontent distribution through various channels, including socialmedia, email, and other online platforms
- Utilise SEObest practices to optimise content for search engines and improvediscoverability
- Implement strategies for promotingcontent to increase reach and engagement
- Monitor theperformance of content using analytics tools to track key metricssuch as engagement, conversion rates and audiencebehaviour
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas forimprovement
- Optimise content strategies based onperformance data and feedback
- Work closely with otherteams, including marketing, sales, and product development teams,to align content with overall business goals
-Collaborate with external stakeholders such as influencers,partners, and industry experts to enhance the reach and credibilityof the content
- Maintain open communication with otherdepartments to gather insights and ensure consistency inmessaging
CandidateProfile
- Previous experience in a contentmarketing role
- Proven experience in implementing brandstrategy through integrated B2B marketingcommunications
- Ability to create content for a varietyof channels and audiences, adapting style and messagingappropriately
- Proficiency in copywriting
-Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Solidunderstanding of SEO techniques
- Willing to travel tocustomers sites
