We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to join our newly formed Retail Media team. As we experience significant growth, we need an organized, personable individual to manage the execution and optimization of our clients' Retail Media Campaigns.
You will report to the Senior Campaign Manager and will be the second team member. The team is expected to grow rapidly in its first year. Together, you will develop a best-in-class Retail Media experience for one of the UK’s largest Health & Beauty brands.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with globally recognized brands within the football space, in a fun and dynamic team that plays a key role in the company's growth.
This position will help develop your own and the digital marketing team’s reputation internally and across the AS Watson Group, emphasizing the importance of eCommerce.
Since this is a new role in a new team, expect a steep learning curve and the chance to shape the role and build a successful Retail Media Agency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sponsored products and display advertising campaigns on-site and off-site for leading Health & Beauty brands
* Coordinate with Brand, In-House Media, or External Media Agency teams
* Set up campaigns in the platform, working with AdOps teams as needed
* Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet objectives, maximize performance, and ensure re-investment
* Provide post-campaign reporting
* Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions teams
* Perform administrative tasks like creating IOs and tickets
* Deliver PCA’s with clients, demonstrating understanding of campaign performance and optimization strategies
* Provide excellent customer service to drive revenue from new and existing clients
* Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships
* Escalate issues raised by clients appropriately
* Work closely with our technology provider, Criteo
* Analyze competitors' digital strategies and develop plans to stay competitive
Requirements
* Experience in Retail Media is preferred but not essential; candidates should have managed campaigns at a high-performing agency, platform, or in-house team
* Knowledge of the retail media landscape is a plus
* Understanding of digital media terminology and landscape
* Experience in a similar role
* Entrepreneurial mindset with influencing skills
* Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
* Client-facing, proactive attitude
