REP Fitness is a premium strength equipment brand built by athletes, for athletes. From our roots in Colorado, USA, we've grown into a global fitness powerhouse - now officially launched across the UK and Europe.

Our mission is simple: to make world-class strength equipment accessible to everyone, from commercial gyms and performance centres to home training spaces. We combine innovation, functionality, and style to help lifters of every level achieve their goals.

Each product is designed, tested, and refined to deliver performance without compromise. Whether it's our award-winning power racks, adjustable benches, or precision-engineered plates and dumbbells, REP is known for its attention to detail, durability, and modern design.

In the UK and Europe, we're committed to providing:

High-performance gym equipment for home and commercial use
Fast, reliable delivery from our regional distribution network
Local customer support and expert advice
Access to REP's full global innovation line-up

Our goal is to raise the standard for what lifters expect from their equipment, combining American innovation with local service excellence.

Our Core Values

Think Like a Customer: We empathize with our customers; understand the 'why' behind every decision we make
Progress not Perfection: We don't let perfect get in the way of good; we are better today than we were yesterday
Positive Attitude: Be a glass half-full kind of person and remember to have fun
Teamwork without Ego: We put the team above ourselves; we only win together
Take Initiative: We drive momentum; if there is an opportunity to make us better, we want to hear it
About this Role

We're looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and own the safe, efficient, and effective operation of our UK warehouse and headquarters in Gloucester.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director – UK & Europe, this role carries significant responsibility and autonomy. You will be accountable for end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory flow, people leadership, health & safety compliance, and the smooth day-to-day running of the UK HQ building.

This is a leadership-first role. Effective line management is a non-negotiable expectation. You will be expected to maximise the performance, output, and engagement of your team through clear direction, coaching, and accountability, before becoming embedded in hands-on operational tasks. While you will need to understand, oversee, and occasionally support day-to-day activity, your primary value lies in leading the operation, not firefighting within it.

What Success Looks Like

A safe, efficient, and high-performing logistics and warehouse operation.
A motivated, productive team with clear expectations and consistent delivery.
Strong health & safety culture with high compliance and minimal incidents.
Clear, effective SOPs that support efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
A UK HQ that operates smoothly and reflects REP Fitness' professional standards.

What you can expect to be doing

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

Own the end-to-end logistics and warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Plan and resource logistics and warehouse activity to meet daily, weekly, and seasonal demand across inbound deliveries and outbound customer orders.
Monitor and improve operational KPIs including productivity, accuracy, throughput, damages, and service levels.
Partner with the Stock Manager to ensure high inventory accuracy, supporting stock counts, audits, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
Act as the senior operational escalation point for all logistics and warehouse-related issues.

People Leadership & Line Management

Provide clear and effective line management to the Stock Manager and Warehouse Operatives.
Allocate tasks, plan workflows, and prioritise activity to maximise team output and efficiency.
Coach, develop, and support team members through regular one-to-ones, feedback, and on-the-job training.
Build and sustain a positive, high-performance team culture aligned with REP Fitness values.
Manage absence, performance, and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently, with support from the People team where required.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Take full ownership of health & safety across the logistics operation, warehouse, and UK HQ.
Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation, including manual handling, equipment use, and fire safety.
Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions where required.
Ensure all team members are appropriately trained and competent to carry out their roles safely.
Act as the site lead for health & safety matters and external inspections.

SOPs, Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence

Develop, implement, and continuously improve clear, practical SOPs across logistics, warehouse, and facilities activities.
Drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability through documented processes and best practice.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks, leading improvement initiatives to address them.
Work collaboratively with UK, European, and global REP stakeholders to align local logistics operations with wider business standards.

Facilities Management

Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the UK HQ from a logistics and operational perspective.
Manage site facilities including cleanliness, maintenance, utilities, contractors, and general upkeep.
Act as the primary point of contact for facilities and site logistics issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Maintain a professional, safe, and fit-for-purpose environment for employees and visitors.

Who we are looking for

At REP Fitness, we know that our people are central to our success. We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of accuracy, teamwork, and customer impact.

Below are some of the skills, experience, and attributes that will help you succeed in this role.

Essential:

Proven experience managing logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations end to end.
Demonstrable experience in direct line management, including performance management and team development.
Strong working knowledge of health & safety requirements within a logistics or warehouse environment. IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
Experience implementing and improving SOPs and operational processes.
Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence, and challenge constructively.
Data-driven, problem-solving mindset.
Demonstrate managing WMS & TMS systems.

Desirable:

Facilities or site management experience.
Experience working with large, heavy, or bulky goods.
Forklift licence or strong understanding of MHE operations.

You'll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a practical, can-do approach to your work; helping REP Fitness continue to deliver for our customers across the UK and Europe.
