About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of a builders' merchant branch, ensuring it achieves sales, profit, customer service, and operational targets. Responsible for staff leadership, stock control, safety compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience to trade and retail clients.
