Job Description Summary
To work in the Inspection department reporting to the Inspection Leader. As a Quality Inspector, your role will include inspecting supply chain products, releasing OEM products under CAA regulations, and inspecting and releasing maintenance, repaired, and overhauled products, ensuring conformity and compliance. You will be an integral part of the PMS, promoting high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
The role encompasses activities related to the Inspection function in an aerospace environment. Key aspects include:
* Supporting the Inspection Leader in achieving business goals.
* Promoting the company's ethos.
* CAA Part 21 & P145 release of Propeller Kits and Control Units under relevant regulations.
* Inspecting components received from suppliers for conformity and compliance.
* Final inspection of manufactured products.
* Controlling non-conforming products.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Ability to understand, read, and write English.
* Experience with Quality Systems and knowledge of ISO, AS standards, and inspection sampling plans.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, processes, and procedures.
* Demonstrated inspection skills and knowledge.
* Analytical and methodical approach to complex issues.
* Proficiency with gauges and measuring equipment, including Hardness Testing, Surface Analyzers, Profile Projectors, etc.
* IT literacy, including ERP systems and MS Office tools.
