Farm Administration Manager – Cambridgeshire - Competitive salary dependent on experience
The Job:
We are seeking a Farm Administration Manager to join our team at our central office in Cambridgeshire. This is a full-time position (five days per week, with occasional overtime), although a job-share arrangement may be considered for the right candidate(s). Reporting directly to the Estate Director, you will play a key role in driving the business forward through strong administrative, financial, and compliance support.
The Company:
We recruiting for a well established farming and contracting business managing approximately 6, acres across Cambridgeshire. With a strong reputation in arable farming and agricultural contracting, we combine modern farming practices with a commitment to efficiency, compliance and business growth.
The Candidate:
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach
- The ability to work on their own initiative
- At least two years’ relevant experience (preferred)
- A qualification in Rural Land Management (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in managing a variety of responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing farm accounts, payroll, VAT returns, and financial reporting
- Supporting compliance requirements including Red Tractor assurance and TASCC
- Overseeing insurance, landlord agreements, and agricultural grant applications
- Handling grain marketing, stock records, and seed planning
- Providing PA support to the Estate Director and assisting with general administration
