Report to National Accounts Manager
Summary of role:
To positively contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of service department ensuring positive customer feedback through kpi process
By efficient liaison (including tele and email) with service engineers and customers (both internal and external) ensure sites are properly maintained and accurate up to date records (e.g. labour schedule, hotels booking, call logging etc) are updated in line with business requirements.
Provide statistics and reports, as required (for internal and customer use).
Provide quotes for parts, reactive, corrective and some small works as required in line with business processes.
Provide cover for other customer service colleagues as required.
Provide administrative support and leadership in respect of company's quality and environmental processes.
Purchase goods on a timely basis in line with business requirements
Key skills:
Clear and confident oral communication.
Good writing skills for email and quotes.
Well organised and proactive.
Willingness to learn new tasks and skills to progress.
