What You’ll Do
* Provide comprehensive private client services:
* Draft and manage wills, powers of attorney, lifetime trusts, and will trusts
* Advise and act on succession planning, asset protection, and tax planning
* Handle executry administration, guiding estates from start to finish
* Engage in business development efforts and support knowledge management initiatives
* Supervise junior fee earners and contribute to a cohesive multi-disciplinary team
Your Profile
1. Experience in private client work, especially with wills, trusts, executry, and estate planning
2. Strong organisational skills, capable of managing a diverse workload efficiently
3. Clear, concise communicator both verbally and in writing
