The purpose of the role is to elevate the brand positioning of Randstad Enterprise’s core services (including but not limited to RPO, MSP, Early Careers, Coaching and Ouplacement) for the external market. Defining the Value Proposition for each service and working with the creative team to develop the go to market concepts. This role will also shape the concept, narrative and storytelling of high value sales pursuits to ensure that Randstad Enterprise stands out from the competition during the RFP and pitch process.
The role will support the Global B2B Marketing team, the Global Bids team and the Global Service Design team, with a key partnership/stakeholder relationships with the Global Leaders of all three functions. This role will sit within an expanded remit of the Talent Marketing Creative team, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Marketing, reporting up to the Chief Growth Officer.
Key responsibilities:
* Define and design the brand strategy for core Randstad Enterprise Services, determining the value propositions that will give Randstad clear stand out against competitors and ensure we have unique selling points for our services that will drive client growth
* Create the storytelling and narrative to communicate these value propositions externally via our B2B marketing strategy and in one to one client scenarios via our sales pitches and client proposals.
* Shape the bespoke client sales narrative for high value bids and support the development of broader go to market messaging that can help the Bids and Sales teams create high quality storytelling for all other bids and pitches.
* Drive exceptional visual execution of the above via the copy and design team
* Partner with the B2B Marketing team to develop go to market concepts and communications that will elevate our profile and engagement with key external audiences.
What you will need:
* Experience of developing brand strategy from brief to concept to execution in a B2B environment
* Ideally, experience of delivering brand strategy in the recruitment space either as part of an employer brand, or brand marketing agency
* Excellent research and analytical skills, the ability to absorb and create a broad range of information and input and distill this to a clear value proposition
* Excellent writing skills - not necessarily as a copywriter, but with the ability to write creatively and craft language into compelling narrative
* Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) and communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal partners
* Ability to collaborate creatively with teams that are not direct reports, leading the ideation but encouraging and developing input from a wider group
* Prioritisation and time keeping skills. There will be multiple projects and opportunities that need to be delivered simultaneously, this role must be able to manage competing priorities and be well used to working to firm deadlines, often with tight turnaround
