About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Writer to join our growing team. This is a key role within our agency, responsible for developing and executing compelling content across various channels. This role will report to the Head of Digital Comms. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer, a strategic thinker, and a passionate storyteller with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contributing to and implementing comprehensive content strategies for an array of clients.
* Craft high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, presentations, and press releases
* Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences
* Be actively involved in new client onboarding, running messaging sessions and supporting with their long-term content strategy
* Monitor and analyse content performance metrics (e.g. website traffic, engagement, leads) delivered by Account Management and make data-driven adjustments to strategies
* Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in content marketing
Requirements
:
* 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or copywriting role within an agency or in-house marketing team
* Previous experience crafting content in either manufacturing or technical fields would be an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to research and write compelling and engaging content
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns or long-term strategies
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
* Experience in on-site technical SEO and off-site SEO strategies
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary
: £25,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience.
