We are currently recruiting for an ASD Teaching Assistant – Autism Support in Stroud, working within a specialist SEN school that provides tailored support for pupils with Autism, communication needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

The Role: ASD Teaching Assistant - Autism Support (Stroud)
As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored, 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism.
* Support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and communication development.
* Deliver structured, sensory‑based learning activities.
* Work within a consistent, routine‑driven environment.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals.
* Help pupils develop independence, confidence, and social skills.

* From a background in Psychology, Education, Counselling, Care, or similar (desirable).
