Role Description
We are seeking a Programme Facilitator for an on-site, contract position located in Wolverhampton. The Programme Facilitator will lead engaging, impactful workshops and programs tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to customise delivery, managing program logistics, fostering inclusive interactions among participants, and ensuring goals and outcomes are achieved. The role involves facilitating discussions, providing program feedback, finding and supporting younf people into work and maintaining high energy, professionalism, and engagement throughout sessions. Humanise will provide a full delivery pack, online content and facilitation materials.
This will be a 5 week lrogramme across 21 days of delivery.

* Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and the ability to foster inclusive environments
* Organisational and time management skills to handle program logistics and timelines
* Proficiency in program customisation and creative problem-solving
* Job market knowledge and connections for the Wolverhampton area
* Ability to provide constructive feedback and enhance program outcomes
* Knowledge of team-building strategies and effective communication techniques
* Experience in a human-centered industry such as education, healthcare, or corporate training is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, communication, or a related field
