Pay rates from £12.88 to £14.72 per hour depend on shifts and additional training to operate Powered Pallet Trucks. The role of Warehouse Operative is based in Rugby.

Shifts for Warehouse and PPT Operatives
* Training from 8am to 6pm
* 4‑on 4‑off shift rota
* 12‑hour shifts, days and nights
Pay
* From £12.88 to £14.72 depending on shift and level of training completed
* Paid weekly
Main Duties
* Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations
* Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labelling
* Assist with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines
Please be aware that a 5‑year checkable work history will be required, and DBS and financial checks will be applied for.
