You will need to have excellent communication skills with the capability to interact with teams and families at all levels with the ability to work in collaboration with other professionals. This role requires a flexible approach to working and will be led by the needs of the case load. There will also be potential opportunities to work in the community as the Demelza Care at Home service expands. Shifts will include rotation onto days, nights, weekends and public holidays, for which additional enhancement payments will be made.
