MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Plant Supervisor to work for a major Waste Management business with a site in Rainham, Essex.
Reporting to the Site manager you will work at 42.5 hour week team leading daily operations of road sweeping plant.
As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
· Supervising the daily operations of teams operating Road Sweeping plant
· Ensure shift personnel perform duties efficiently
· Managing waste flows 7 traffic management systems
· Prepare & submit monthly reports
· Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
· Previous supervisory experience in an operational environment
· A waste management or industrial background
· Self-motivation with team leadership experience
· IOSH or other safety certification
· Full UK driving licence
