This is a physically active role within a pasteurising and processing environment, ideal for candidates with a background inbrewery, dairy, or liquid food production.
About the Role
As a Machine Operator, youll be working within a modern processing plant, operating specialist machinery formilk and juice pasteurisation. Youll follow strict procedures and hygiene standards to ensure the highest product quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate and monitor pasteurising and processing machinery
2. Accurately mix formulations according to recipes and batch instructions
3. Move barrels, connect/disconnect pipes, and perform other physical tasks
4. Climb ladders and transport heavy materials safely
5. Complete production records and follow SOPs precisely
6. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across the workspace
