We are seeking a professional and welcoming Doorperson/ Luggage Porter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional first impression and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This position reports directly to the Assistant Resident Manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Doorperson / Luggage Porter:
Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
Provide courteous and efficient assistance at the entrance, opening doors and guiding guests.
Offer helpful and knowledgeable advice about Londons attractions, transport, and local amenities.
Assist with guest requests, including arranging transportation and handling deliveries.
Escorting guests to their rooms and showing them the hotel facilities.
Answering general guest queries and ensuring the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
A positive and welcoming attitude with excellent communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Londons key attractions, transport links, and local areas.
Ability to handle luggage and assist guests efficiently.
