Are you a visionary leader in children's residential care? Care Hubz is seeking a Responsible Individual (RI) to provide strategic, values-driven leadership across our residential services. You'll ensure children are safe, understood, and empowered to thrive, while driving outstanding care, compliance, and staff development.

* Lead multiple children's homes, championing a child-centred, empathetic culture.
* Embed the PACE approach (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) in everyday practice.
* Shape strategic governance, quality assurance, and service development across all homes.
* Influence external stakeholders, including Ofsted, local authorities, and safeguarding boards.
What We're Looking For
* Senior leadership experience in children's residential care (5+ years).
* Proven track record managing multiple homes and achieving positive Ofsted outcomes.
* Strong expertise in safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and governance.
* Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker who inspires and mentors teams.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or equivalent) with ongoing professional development.
