The Role
A key role within the commercial finance team, responsible for leading forecasting and reporting processes, delivering high-quality insight to senior stakeholders, and supporting strategic decision-making across the group’s largest business unit.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead budgeting and reforecasting cycles, working closely with commercial and finance leadership
* Own weekly and monthly reporting across key commercial and financial metrics
* Analyse business performance across multiple territories, identifying areas for improvement
* Enhance reporting systems and processes in collaboration with operational and data teams
* Work alongside financial operations to ensure accuracy and completeness in revenue reporting
* Contribute to strategic projects, including market development, operational efficiency, and potential acquisitions
The Candidate
We’re looking for a commercially driven finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering actionable insight.
You will bring:
* 3+ years’ experience in a commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering role
* Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE
* Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
* Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, data-rich environment
* Results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
