Senior Project Manager – Major Data Centre Projects

We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to support major live data centre projects in West London and Berkshire. These are flagship schemes, each valued at around £200m, with extensive fit-out, M&E, and technical delivery packages.
You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment with strong team leadership and clear development routes.
Essential Experience
* 18 months–2 years of onsite Data Centre project experience.
* Strong understanding of M&E, technical fit-out or major construction delivery.
* Ability to lead contractors, challenge effectively, and drive high standards.
* Experience working either client-side, consultancy or contractor.
* Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
* Good attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
* Comfortable presenting to clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Familiar with JCT contracts
Technical Skills
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Project scheduling using MS Project or Asta
Preferred Backgrounds
Candidates with experience from specialist M&E contractors or data centre delivery teams are strongly encouraged to apply. Degree-qualified preferred but not essential—those who have come through a trade route are also welcomed.
