We’re looking for a skilled OneStream professional to join on a contract basis, bringing expertise and hands-on capability to enhance and support our planning and reporting platform.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining, developing, and optimising OneStream to meet the evolving needs of the business. Embedded within the Group Financial Control team, you’ll work closely with finance stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure the platform delivers reliable, high-quality insights and reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Take ownership of the design, build, testing, and deployment of OneStream system enhancements and new functionalities.
* Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, working directly with stakeholders to validate needs.
* Manage and maintain consolidation processes to support accurate monthly actuals and forecast reporting.
* Provide day-to-day system administration, including user support, access management, and troubleshooting.
* Deliver targeted training and change support to ensure successful adoption of any new functionality.
* Support business-as-usual financial processes and enhance in-platform reporting capabilities.
* Maintain strong controls, documentation, and governance around all system changes and deployments.
About You:
* Proven experience in OneStream development and administration, ideally within a group finance or corporate reporting environment.
* Strong technical skills, including business rules and formula writing, with a track record of delivering system improvements or implementations.
* Solid understanding of group planning and consolidation processes in a complex, global environment.
* Able to operate independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within defined timeframes.
* Confident communicator who can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Commercially minded with a good grasp of how financial statements interconnect and support business decision-making.
