About Our Client

Job Description

3. Coordinate and manage service schedules to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requests.
5. Support the team by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
6. Monitor and track service progress, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline service processes.
8. Assist in preparing reports and updates for management as needed.
9. Handle administrative tasks related to service coordination and client communication.
10. The role demands an organized, communicative, and proactive individual. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
11. Handling daily queries from engineers and customers via phone, email, and internal referrals
12. Managing our CRM database, ensuring accurate records in line with GDPR compliance
13. Scheduling work for engineers and overseeing progress from start to completion
14. Booking Service visits and call outs
15. Preparing quotations, liaising with customers to understand their needs, completing RAMS, and following up on engineer reports and outstanding quotes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Coordinator should have:

16. Strong rapport-building skills with customers, engineers, suppliers, and third parties
17. Resilience, determination, and ability to work to deadlines
18. Prior experience in scheduling work and managing changes as necessary
19. Exceptional telephone communication skills
20. Ability to work independently and take initiative
21. Able to work under pressure
22. Experience raising, sending and following up on quotations is an advantage
23. Flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
24. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks for yourself and others
25. High attention to detail and a focus on completing tasks efficiently
26. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
27. Experience within the construction, utilities, or trade sectors is desira
