The role will oversee Nacro's delivery of its Doncaster-based Justice & Health contracts with direct reports, reporting to this role.
The purpose of this role is to successfully deliver against business objectives by developing a motivated and committed team, establishing efficient and effective ways of working, and creating a clear framework for measuring success. The role includes managing a small caseload of service users.

Candidates would benefit from the following experience:
* Awareness of regulatory requirements in the health and justice field, ensuring service delivery meets standards such as HMPPS and CQC.
* Understanding of contract KPIs, service performance scrutiny, and driving improvements.
* Evidence of People Management skills.
* Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
* An approachable manner with the ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with customers and external agencies.
* Previous managerial experience.
* Desirable: experience in the Health and Justice Sector.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality services.
* Understanding of relevant legislation regarding data protection (GDPR) and its implementation across the service.
* Ability to engage with commissioners and stakeholders to demonstrate service impact and influence future commissioning.
