Job Description
We are excited to have opened our one-of-a-kind Sky Bar at Malmaison York. Think luxurious and comfortable loungers, lanterns, beautiful trees, Champagne, cocktails, and food platters with stunning views of York Minster.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, bubbly, organized, and meticulous individuals with a passion for excellent customer service. You will have experience in running high-end bars and/or restaurants and want the opportunity to develop yourself further.
As the Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on operator who uses your knowledge and experience to motivate, educate, and inspire your team.
We create memories that our guests never forget. This could be the next step for you into an F&B Manager position – we actively encourage internal development and progression.
