Residential Property Lawyer - Tunbridge Wells
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer to join our growing property team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer with at least 1 year's PQE and a genuine interest in career progression.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, working on a variety of transactions including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New builds and shared ownership
* Land transactions
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, explaining complex legal issues clearly and with empathy
* Liaising with estate agents, brokers, and other professionals
* Managing financial aspects including cash-flow, billing, and quotations
* Meeting agreed targets for billing and cost recovery
* Maintaining high levels of client care and building strong relationships
* Participating in marketing, networking, and business development opportunities
About You
* Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ years' PQE
* Demonstrated experience managing a range of residential conveyancing matters
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Professional, detail-focused, and client-centred approach
* (Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential)
