Are you a seasoned healthcare consultant with deep expertise in corporate health solutions and healthcare trusts? Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS) UK is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Senior Healthcare Consultant to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a regulated, specialist role requiring a strong track record in corporate healthcare consulting, with a particular emphasis on healthcare trust structures. As a Senior Healthcare Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions across the healthcare spectrum. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance, and contributing to national initiatives and technical excellence. How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities: Lead client relationships across a portfolio of corporate healthcare clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Deliver innovative, compliant solutions for complex employee benefits needs. Drive revenue through retention, cross-selling, referrals, and new business development. Ensure profitability across your portfolio and manage fee structures effectively. Provide specialist advice on healthcare trusts, including Corporate Excess/Deductible, Master Trust, and Full Healthcare Trusts. Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and mentor junior colleagues. Maintain high standards of governance, compliance, and operational delivery. About You We’re looking for a confident, technically strong consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the healthcare market and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Qualifications: Relevant professional certification ( CII IF7 or equivalent). Commitment to ongoing CPD and technical development. Essential Experience & Skills: Extensive experience in corporate healthcare consulting, with demonstrable expertise in healthcare trust structures. Proven success managing complex client relationships and delivering high-impact solutions. Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders ( MDs, FDs) and presenting at pitch level.
