The successful candidate will manage a high volume of candidate calls, generate leads via referrals, Linked In, social media, and other creative channels. They will act as a proactiveCandidate Manager, building strong talent pipelines and collaborating withRecruitment Consultantsto deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling a high volume of candidate calls as aRecruitment Resourcer.
2. Sourcing and engaging candidates via Linked In, job boards, referrals, and social media.
3. SupportingRecruitment Consultantswith accurate candidate records.
