About the Role
This role is pivotal in ensuring that lightning protection systems are installed, and maintained to the highest standards across various projects. You will take responsibility for working on both new and ongoing projects, playing a hands-on role while ensuring that safety and quality standards are met. Working as part of a skilled team, youll be tasked with carrying out installations, lightning protection and electrical earthing installations and repairs, conducting test and inspection and liaising with clients to guarantee a seamless service delivery.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, and a 45-hour working week.
Overtime available paid at Double time
Key Duties
* Installation and repair of lightning protection systems
* Test and Inspection
* Maintenance and upgrading of existing systems
* Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Problem solving
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Key Requirements
* Proven experience within lightning protection or related field
* Understanding of current industry standards and regulations
* Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach to installations and maintenance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
* A full clean driving license is a distinct advantage.
