Your ability to analyse client needs and upsell relevant products will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
* Engage with clients via phone and other communication channels, demonstrating exemplary phone etiquette.
* Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date client records.
* Assess client needs through effective communication and analysis skills, providing tailored solutions.
* Upsell products and services based on client requirements, contributing to overall sales targets.
* Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with clients, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience and share insights for improvement.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable; additional multilingual capabilities are a plus.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
* Proven ability in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client information management.
* Excellent analysis skills to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role is advantageous but not essential.
