About the role:
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to uphold our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include inspecting cooling components, documenting findings, and collaborating with other departments to address quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform manual inspections of components using visual and measuring techniques.
* Assemble kits of components based on drawings and bills of materials for fabrication.
* Measure pre- and post-anodized parts, log results in Excel.
* Create balloon drawings and measurement tables for high-end components, record measurements accurately.
* Communicate inspection findings and collaborate to resolve issues.
* Generate certificates of conformance, part identification stickers, work orders, and travel sheets using Word, Accentis, and other tools.
* Archive documents systematically, including certificates and material certificates.
* Compile quality documentation for customer submissions.
* Use Romer arm and Polyworks to probe and scan assemblies, creating dimensional reports.
* Inspect completed assemblies manually, using visual and borescope inspections.
* Support senior inspectors and maintain a positive QC environment.
* Maintain a tidy workspace through daily 5S routines.
What We’re Looking For:
* Basic proficiency with Romer arm programming and inspection techniques.
* Experience with passivation, flushing, and patch testing of welded units.
* Proven quality inspection experience in manufacturing or engineering.
* Familiarity with measurement tools and technical drawings.
* Knowledge of quality systems and standards (e.g., ISO).
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, with CMM and aerospace experience being advantageous.

* Technological proficiency and excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and inspection tools.
* Understanding of engineering tolerances and technical drawings.
