About the Role:
As a ACT/ACD, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the safe and effective medication management for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
· Provide advice on adherence strategies and resolve general medication-related concerns.
· Work closely with the pharmacist team to ensure excellent patient care, supporting the creation and maintenance of documentation and best practices.
· Manage and maintain accurate patient records, track medication-related tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Ensuring accuracy and safety in handling and distributing medication and participating in the entire dispensing process

Key Requirements:
· ACT or ACD Qualification
· Strong knowledge of medication management and pharmaceutical regulations
