**Job Description:****Team Leader – Castle Cary Factory, United Kingdom**Salary: £42660,00 - £53000,00 (including personal performance bonus & depending on experience) + shift allowance + benefitsWork pattern: Monday to Friday with 3 weeks time shiftsAs a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a shift team within our factory operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production processes, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
