DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training in Leadership & Management, Business Administration, and Customer Service. This is a part-time varied and rewarding role that involves classroom delivery, workplace assessment, and close collaboration with employers to ensure apprentices achieve their full potential. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning across the region. This role is across Colleges, Doncaster and North Lindsey Essential Criteria Level 3 qualification in Business, Customer Service or Management. Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. Experience in leadership, management, business administration and/or customer service roles. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in college and workplace settings. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor apprentice progress. Liaise with employers to ensure training meets business needs and apprenticeship standards. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements.
