M&E Commissioning Manager – Construction – Student Accommodation / PRS project

My client is a leading building main contractor seeking an M&E Commissioning Manager to work on a multi-million pound Student Accommodation / PRS project in Bristol.
Duration:
Seeking someone for a 6 – 8 week assignment.
Role:
* Oversee and monitor the commissioning process for new construction projects.
* Ensure that all systems are installed and functioning correctly before project completion.
* Resolve any issues that may arise during the commissioning process in a timely manner.
* Provide regular updates to clients and Project Managers on the status of commissioning activities.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Building Sector.
* Previous employment as an M&E Commissioning Manager.
* Previous experience / knowledge in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.
* Relevant Accreditation.
* Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
Remuneration:
* The successful M&E Commissioning Manager will receive:
