We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative. You will focus on canvassing and prospecting for new business. As a Sales Adviser, you will be passionate about sales and play a key role in driving new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our Estate Agency business in your local area.

Training and Development:
* One week at the Learning & Development Centre, including industry-leading training, fully-paid hotel stay, and a second week within the first 5-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed business targets.
* Generate valuation leads through proactive outreach and canvassing activities.
* Utilize ROSIE software for managing leads and activities.
* Participate in daily meetings and update on pipeline status.
* Engage in local canvassing, social media, and prospecting activities.
* Handle inbound calls and ensure registration and opportunity closure.
* Secure positive customer reviews to enhance brand reputation.

Minimum Requirements:
* Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle.
