Pay: £90 –£100 per day (dependent on experience)
A well-regarded secondary school in the BL5 area is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time position, offering a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, including those with additional needs
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences
* Working one-to-one or with small groups to boost progress and engagement
* Helping to manage behaviour and promote a positive classroom environment
* Contributing to the wider school community and pastoral support as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working in a secondary school setting
* A proactive, patient and adaptable approach to supporting young people
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
