Adult Nurse Manager
to join their growing team.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of
£45,000
£50,000 per annum, hybrid working (one day from home, four days in the community), and a great work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours
no nights or weekends. Youll also enjoy
33 days of annual leave including bank holidays .
About the Provider Our client is a well-established healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care. They are known for creating personalised care plans that ensure safety, dignity, and independence for clients in the community.
Key Responsibilities of the Adult Nurse Manager: Create and manage tailored care plans for adults with complex needs. Conduct assessments, deliver nursing interventions, and oversee medication management. Lead, train, and support a team of carers to deliver high-quality care. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team. Work closely with CHC nurses, commissioners, and stakeholders to ensure best practice.

Requirements for the Adult Nurse Manager role: Active NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) Experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care (desirable) Leadership skills suitable for Band 5 or Band 6 nurses Strong communication and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
