BrewDog Bournemouth are on the hunt for a Duty Manager to join our passionate and high-performing team.
In this role, youll support the management team in running smooth, successful shifts while getting involved in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. A huge part of your role will be leading from the front training, supporting and inspiring our incredible crew across the bar, floor and kitchen to deliver outstanding experiences every shift. Our goal is simple: to make the bar a destination people genuinely love coming back to.
Youll be guided by an experienced management team and work alongside a confident, motivated crew who take real pride in what they do.

What Youll Be Doing
Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of shifts.
Leading by example on the floor and behind the bar to deliver excellent customer service.
Training, coaching and motivating team members to be the best they can be.
Helping ensure smooth operations across front and back of house.
Creating a welcoming, energetic environment that keeps guests coming back.
Playing an active role in making BrewDog Bournemouth a standout venue.
About You
Youll have experience in hospitality and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, even in a fast-paced environment. Youre confident leading from the front and supporting both your team and management to deliver consistently strong service.
Youll bring:
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong leadership and communication skills -Duty Manager
The ability to stay calm, organised and focused during busy shifts.
Experience working in a busy hospitality venue (preferred).
Pride in delivering great service and being part of a team-driven business.
