Marketing Manager The Role mpro5 is an operational compliance platform that helps large, multi-location businesses run smoother and safer by bringing tasks, checks and reporting together in one easy to use system that fits how our customers already work. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who wants real ownership and the chance to make a visible impact. You will lead our day to day marketing and help shape how we position mpro5, how we reach our audiences and how we support the commercial team to win new business. This role suits someone who enjoys taking the lead, making decisions and driving activity forward with confidence. You will work closely with the VP of Business Development and the wider commercial team to plan, deliver and improve activity across content, digital and CRM. The ideal person is a generalist with a broad skill set and clear strengths in content, brand or both. Experience in B2B SaaS is helpful, although not essential. We are also open to candidates from retail or related sectors who understand how to engage that audience. This is a hands on and influential role where you will have the space to bring ideas, test new approaches and build a marketing engine that supports real commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation Create and manage content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, social posts and customer stories Develop and maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials Manage website updates, improve content quality and monitor SEO performance Use HubSpot or similar tools to run email campaigns, nurture sequences and track performance Work closely with Sales to produce collateral that supports the sales cycle Coordinate freelancers and agencies where needed, including designers, copywriters and media partners Track marketing performance and share insights and recommendations Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within a B2B, SaaS or relevant commercial environment Strong content creation skills and the ability to produce clear, engaging and commercially relevant content Confident working across digital channels including email, social, SEO and basic paid activity Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and automation tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable working cross functionally with Sales, Product and leadership teams Able to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-moving environment A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of projects and see them through
