Lead financial reviews and appraisals of projects in Public Realm and Property and Assets to support value for money and provide financial analysis for delivery options. Deliver training to Public Realm and the Property and Assets staff in relation to accounting procedures, financial planning, financial controls and budgetary controls including awareness of financial regulations and financial approval requirements, to develop a high level of financial literacy across the division and ensure staff have the knowledge and skills to be effective in their roles.
